Snack Box

It's so easy to snack on unhealthy snacks through the day. Having healthy snacks to hand, can help to keep your energy up and stop you from seeking out naughty stuff. 




Nuts, fruit, chopped up vegan energy bar, bread sticks and some vegan cheese. Perfect to send off with hubby to work. He's busy all day, so this little snack box works really well. Easy to quickly grab something to hold off the need for a chocolate bar or keep eating through the bag of biscuits. 




I try and mix it up a little (this is part way through making tomorrow's one) but mostly, there is some nuts, seeds, cheese and a little bit of something a more naughty. In tonight's case, two party rings....I know lucky husband. Lol. 

I first saw this idea a few years back, on a family forum and used it ever since. The children have one each, great to have out in the school holidays for them to grab when they need something. Even though it's small and there's not much food, it goes a long way to just giving a little extra before the next meal. 

Also great to pop one or two in your bag if off out with mini people, so you know you always have something to hand. 

These little boxes are easy to find, I would recommend looking for food safe ones. (BPA Free.)
