Writing Games

These are a few things I do to help my oldest with his reading and writing, as he is behind with his speech and language.

Matching:

First he picks a drawing, like the spaceship. Then he needs to find the word, linking the two together.

Painting:

There's no school, like the old school!

I cut out letters in potato halves, then they printed them to make words.

My 5 year old and 23 month old loves this! (My 4 year old was running around the house naked, with a witches hat on at the time.....)

It was lots of fun to see the letters leaving their shapes in the paint and then on the paper.
